今日は、妹の誕生祝いを口実にシャンパン片手に妹宅を襲撃。 佐賀牛のすき焼きを用意してくれていた。 なんでも、ふるさと納税なるものにハマっているらしく産直のご馳走が届くらしい。 もう5年海外暮らしで日本の納税とは無縁の私には、よくわからないシステムだ。 シャンパンとの相性は、なかなかいい。 帰りに居酒屋に寄ったが日本の居酒屋はいただけません。 たばこがひどい。 閉店間際で3組いたが全組タバコスパスパ。 途中頭が痛くなり退散。 ええ加減日本も飲食店内全面禁煙にしてもらいたい。 訪日外人に対して恥ずかしい限りです。

１０歳から家業の和食店の手伝いから飲食店に関わる。 平成元年の大学在学中に創業し、２５年間、オーナーシェフとして大阪を中心に飲食事業展開。 空手、ヨットを趣味として、３７歳の時にグアムへの航海で地球と出会う。 以後は、地球に興味を持ち、45歳でタイに移住し、飲食業を中心とするコンサルティング業をしながら世界を散歩。 2019年53歳で帰国し、和歌山県白浜町に移住し、田舎暮らしをスタートし、大阪市、和歌山で民泊、キャンプ場、寿司教室などをやりながら、大阪、和歌山の2拠点生活を満喫中。 It's of a restaurant from help in a Japanese food store of Family business from 10 years old. I start ZEMO Group in whole university student in 1989 and for 25 years, diversify out centering on Osaka. My hobby is Karate and Yachting, I meet the earth by sailing to Guam at 37 years old I have an interest in the earth and that's strolling through all over the world while doing the consultation trade which makes the restaurant business. I returned to Japan at the age of 53 in 2019 and moved to Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture.
