最近、大阪にいるとき限定で外人相手のすし教室を始めた。
外人ツーリストが日本文化に触れるちょっとした体験型のアクティビティだ。
目的は、これからの観光ビジネスは、体験型になることが間違いないという中で、私自身が体験を主催する事で生のマーケットを体験する事だ。
考えるよりやる、やりながら考えるが僕の信条。
軽く募集してみたら、早速予約がきた。
ゆっくり構えていたが、予約がきて一番の心配は、ぼくの英語力だ。
予約が決まってからは、毎日、ユーチューブのサイトで英会話レッスンが日課となる。
おかげで初回は、なんとかやり過ごす事ができた。
お金をもらい、自分の英語力も強化でき、体験の経験値も上がる。
やはり、考えるよりやるは、多くの産物をもたらすもんや。

１０歳から家業の和食店の手伝いから飲食店に関わる。
平成元年の大学在学中に創業し、２５年間、オーナーシェフとして大阪を中心に飲食事業展開。
空手、ヨットを趣味として、３７歳の時にグアムへの航海で地球と出会う。
以後は、地球に興味を持ち、45歳でタイに移住し、飲食業を中心とするコンサルティング業をしながら世界を散歩。
2019年53歳で帰国し、和歌山県白浜町に移住し、田舎暮らしをスタートし、大阪市、和歌山で民泊、キャンプ場、寿司教室などをやりながら、大阪、和歌山の2拠点生活を満喫中。

I returned to Japan at the age of 53 in 2019 and moved to Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture.
I started living in the countryside.At present, I enjoy living in Osaka and Wakayama while experiencing guest houses, camping sites, and sushi classes.
