１０歳から家業の和食店の手伝いから飲食店に関わる。 平成元年の大学在学中に創業し、２５年間、オーナーシェフとして大阪を中心に飲食事業展開。 空手、ヨットを趣味として、３７歳の時にグアムへの航海で地球と出会う。 以後は、地球に興味を持ち、45歳でタイに移住し、飲食業を中心とするコンサルティング業をしながら世界を散歩。 2019年53歳で帰国し、和歌山県白浜町に移住し、田舎暮らしをスタートし、大阪市、和歌山で民泊、キャンプ場、寿司教室などをやりながら、大阪、和歌山の2拠点生活を満喫中。 It's of a restaurant from help in a Japanese food store of Family business from 10 years old. My hobby is Karate and Yachting, I meet the earth by sailing to Guam at 37 years old I have an interest in the earth and that's strolling through all over the world while doing the consultation trade which makes the restaurant business. I returned to Japan at the age of 53 in 2019 and moved to Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture.
